To own, lease and manage housing, accommodations and other facilities with the goal of providing affordable housing to persons with severe and persistent mental illness; those in recovery from substance abuse disorder; those coming out of homelessness; or elderly persons, any of whom may or may not have low-incomes, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age or handicap.
